Same woman, completely different energy — before and after

Okay, this might just be me but do you ever feel guilty just sitting down?

And it’s not because you’re falling behind in life or anything.

You might have a family, a job, a beautiful home…

And still you’re never truly there — not once, not fully.

Instead you:

And it’s like you KNOW nothing is wrong. And you still can’t switch off.

I’ve done the planners, read the books, tried the breathing apps, and the tests.

But at the end of the day, I only got very good at naming my problems.

Which is exactly why that Thursday night I was once again deep in a little Facebook group full of women asking the same questions I was.

A Stranger Online Described Me Better Than My Own Family

It was as it always is: women my age going through their own versions of it.

But you know how it is with those forums…

No matter what you’re going through, the advice stays the same:

“Just breathe.”
“Just make a smaller list.”
“You gotta set boundaries.”
“Give it to God, sweetie.”

None of it was wrong. But it wasn’t like I hadn’t tried those things.

Then a woman commented, and I stopped scrolling.

She said she’d spent the last 25 years studying psychology, astrology, the Vedas.

She was describing what happens to a woman who doesn’t live in line with what she called her “True Archetype”.

Her true nature. The woman she was born to be — before life had other plans.

She said every woman has one. And when you live in line with yours, things feel easy. Natural. Like your own life fits you.

But when you don’t — when you spend years being who everyone needs instead of who you are — she said it comes out sideways. In ways you’d never connect.

Then she wrote:

Facebook comment

Under her comment was a link to a short quiz.

Another quiz? I almost put my phone down for the night.

Thank god I didn’t.

Two Minutes Later, Twenty Years Made Sense

The moment I clicked the link I could tell this quiz was different.

It didn’t ask what color I like or whether I’m a morning person.

It asked what I do when a day goes quiet.

What happens in me when somebody takes a job off my hands.

A couple minutes later my results popped up and I literally had to put it down.

Right there on my screen was my EXACT archetype.

Not vague labels like “you’re an empath” or “you’re The Queen”.

It described all the things I wanted to do. All the things I stopped letting myself want.

Not because of the kids, the house, the job…

Because the way I’d become felt safer, familiar, comfortable.

And just like that it all made sense.

Why I heard “let’s do something fun today” and felt annoyed.

Why I ruined the trips I planned by managing everyone through them.

Why I couldn’t watch my husband load the dishwasher without redoing it.

It was all a single archetype — described more accurately than anything I’d ever read.

That lady from the forum was right. I didn’t need to fix anything. I just needed to SEE who I actually am.

“You Have to Take This Quiz Right Now!”

That’s exactly what I texted the group chat with my closest friends.

And you know that pause in a group chat when everybody’s typing and stopping and typing again?

That was it.

And then the replies started coming in:

Judy: “Ok, this is insane. I’ve never told anyone these things about me.”
Sandra: “I’ve done therapy for 12 years, how has nobody ever told me this?”
Mia: “I’m crying my eyes out reading this.”
Jane: “We need to meet up.”

Five different women, five completely different archetypes.

None of us got the same result — but every one of us went quiet the same way.

And then we started comparing our archetypes, and it all made sense.

Why Sandra’s best hours start after midnight, when the house finally goes still — and mine are before six, when nobody in the world knows I’m awake yet.

Why a packed weekend fills Judy up — when Mia needs two full days of nobody to feel human again.

We’ve spent our lives trying to be someone we’re not.

Why Trying to Relax Never Worked

It all finally makes sense to me.

It’s not that it’s not important to unwind after a long day.

It’s not that you shouldn’t get your days together so that the week doesn’t run you over.

Those things are crucial.

But if you don’t know who you REALLY are, you’re just organizing a life built for somebody else.

Once you see your true archetype — everything clicks into place, instantly.

You stop running on willpower.

The overthinking just… quiets.

And things start lining up in ways you can’t quite explain.

No more starting over every Monday.

No more fixing and fixing and never feeling fixed.

All you have to do is SEE IT.

What Happened When I Met The REAL Me

This is not some abstract idea.

My entire life started clicking into place since I took that quiz.

Like why I say yes to everything and then resent everybody.

Turns out my archetype is a woman built for BIG things. Deep talks. Things that matter.

And when a woman like that gets handed nothing but errands for twenty years — she doesn’t break.

She just goes quiet.

The resentment wasn’t me being petty — it was my whole nature, underused, banging on the walls.

Why “fun” always turns into logistics the second I touch it.

Because my archetype doesn’t do shallow.

Small talk, chit-chat, standing around starves her.

But give her a real conversation, a night with meaning in it, and she can go till 2am and leave fuller than she came.

I don’t hate fun. I’ve been fed the wrong kind my whole life.

Or why my husband saying “sit down, I’ve got it” makes me tense.

Because my archetype was never meant to be a passenger.

And once I saw who was in there, I stopped apologizing for her.

And Here’s the Best Part About All This…

I braced for the complaints. The “what’s gotten into you.”

It never came.

Not once.

I started doing what felt right instead of what looked right.

I said no when I meant it.

I stayed in the moments instead of managing them.

Everything still got done. Nobody complained.

And here’s what’s funny about it — people used to complain about the old me all the time. The one killing herself to keep everyone happy.

Then a few weeks in, my daughter popped by unannounced on a Saturday. Found me out back with music going, halfway into something just for me.

She stood there a second, smiling and said “You look like your old pictures.”

Before You Take This Quiz (If You’re Ready)

Before you do anything, I really want you to know this:

This is not another BS personality test.

This is not one of those quizzes that’s gonna flatter you about how caring you are or how much you do for everybody.

This quiz is going to show you some things you won’t like.

It’s going to put words to what you gave up.

I’m not going to pretend that part doesn’t sting.

It stings. But only for a minute.

The quiz is going to show you your ONE true Archetype — your true self underneath the roles, the habits, the woman you had to become.

Two minutes — that’s all it takes. And it changes everything.

Meet the REAL You in 2 Minutes

One short quiz. One true Archetype. The woman you were before life had other plans — finally put into words.

Did it in the pickup line and then just sat in the car for a good 10 minutes. Nobody has ever got me like that. Still a little shaken honestly

Okay, I went in ready to roll my eyes lol. Two minutes later I’m reading it out loud to my husband and he’s just nodding. It nailed the ONE thing I do that drives him nuts

15 years of therapy and books and I only ever got good at NAMING what’s wrong with me. This is the first thing that named ME. Does that make sense? I don’t know

Look, I’ve wasted SO much money on stuff like this. This one didn’t flatter me at all. It told me something kind of uncomfortable and that’s honestly why I believe it.

The redoing the dishwasher part!!! I thought I was the only crazy person who does that. Apparently it’s just my archetype, not me being difficult

Did it with 3 friends on Sunday. Four totally different results and every single one was spot on. We ended up talking till midnight, it was a whole thing.

“Underused and banging on the walls”… That’s my whole last decade in one sentence. I was not ready for that one.

I am the most skeptical person you will ever meet and I’m telling you, just take it. It doesn’t ask your favorite color, it asks the stuff that actually matters.

I’m 58. I kept telling myself it’s too late to figure out who I even am anymore. It’s not too late. That’s all I’ll say.

Not gonna lie, half of it was hard to read because it was too true 😅 But she’s right, it only stings for a second. Then it’s honestly a relief
